In January 2011, a group executive committee of senior executives was appointed to assist in shouldering the leadership challenges in executing AEG Power Solutions strategies. The committee members oversee and manage their respective functions within the business, with the additional responsibility of assisting AEG Power Solutions managing directors across the globe, thus maximizing the success of the group.

Dr Horst J. Kayser
Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Horst J. Kayser has been Chief Executive Officer of 3W Power and AEG Power Solutions Group since August 2010. He is determinedly steering the two corporate segments Renewable Energy Solutions (RES) and Energy Efficiency Solutions (EES) towards profitable growth.

Gerhard Henschel
Chief Financial Officer

Gerhard Henschel has been Chief Financial Officer of 3W Power and AEG Power Solutions Group since March 2010. In addition to his position, he is the director of the Legal Department, Compliance, IR and IT.

Jeffrey Casper
Executive Vice-President

Jeffrey Casper has been Executive Vice President at the AEG Power Solutions Group since September 2010.

Gladwyn de Vidts
Chief Strategy Officer and VP SBU Power Control Systems

Gladwyn De Vidts has been Vice President & General Manager of the Power Control Systems business unit of AEG Power Solutions Group since 2005. In addition, he has been Chief Strategic Officer since January 2011.

Dr. Peter Wallmeier
Chief Technology Officer and R&D Director SBU Power Control Systems

Dr. Peter Wallmeier has been Director of Research and Development of the business unit Power Control Systems of AEG Power Solutions Group since 2008. In addition, he has been Chief Technology Officer since January 2011.

Jan Sickmann
Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Warstein-Belecke facility

Jan Sickmann has been Chief Operating Officer of AEG Power Solutions Group since September 2010 and Managing Director of the German subsidiary in Belecke since April 2010. He is significantly involved in numerous large international projects.

Dietmar Papenfort
VP and GM Efficiency Solutions

Dietmar Papenfort has been Vice President and General Manager of the Energy Efficiency Solutions (EES) corporate segment of AEG Power Solutions Group since May 2011. He is responsible for high-capacity UPS systems and inverter solutions as well as the LED product range.

Bob Roos
VP and GM Solar Solutions

Bob Roos has been Vice President and General Manager of the Solar Business Unit (SBU) of AEG Power Solutions Group since November 2011. This unit incorporates solar inverters, monitoring systems and services for solar plants.
