In January 2011, a group executive committee of senior executives was appointed to assist in shouldering the leadership challenges in executing AEG Power Solutions strategies. The committee members oversee and manage their respective functions within the business, with the additional responsibility of assisting AEG Power Solutions managing directors across the globe, thus maximizing the success of the group.

Bruce A. Brock
Chief Executive Officer

Robert J. Huljak
President and General Manager

Robert J. Huljak, was appointed President and General Manager of AEG Power Solutions on May 2, 2013. Formerly Chief Strategy Officer of the Company from 2005 to 2010, he develops and drives the overall business strategy and the positioning of AEG Power Solutions in its core markets.

Jeffrey Casper
Chief Financial Officer

Jeffrey Casper was appointed Chief Financial Officer of AEG Power Solutions on June 2, 2012. He previously served as Executive Vice President of the group and had joined the company in 2009.

Gladwyn de Vidts
Chief Strategy Officer and VP SBU Power Control Systems

Gladwyn De Vidts has been Vice President & General Manager of the Power Control Systems business unit of AEG Power Solutions Group since 2005. In addition, he has been Chief Strategic Officer since January 2011.

Dr. Peter Wallmeier
Chief Technology Officer and R&D Director SBU Power Control Systems

Dr. Peter Wallmeier has been Director of Research and Development of the business unit Power Control Systems of AEG Power Solutions Group since 2008. In addition, he has been Chief Technology Officer since January 2011.

Bob Roos
VP and GM Solar Solutions

Bob Roos has been Vice President and General Manager of the Solar Business Unit (SBU) of AEG Power Solutions Group since November 2011. This unit incorporates solar inverters, monitoring systems and services for solar plants.

Gert Buist
VP and GM SBU Industrial Power Solutions

Gert Buist was appointed Vice President & General Manager of the Strategic Business Unit Industrial Power Solutions in May 2013. He retainshis role as Managing Director North-Western Europe. Gert Buist joined AEG Power Solutions in January 2012.

Giancarlo Battini
VP and GM Commercial UPS

Giancarlo Battini joined AEG Power Solutions on December 2012 as VP of the Commercial UPS Strategic Business Unit, part of our Energy Efficiency segment. He formerly worked at Emerson Electric and Chloride where he was the Managing Director for Italy Sales & Service.
