Modbus RTU communications card

This communications card adds the Modbus-RTU communications interface to the Thyro-Tool Family (thyristor power controller). It can be used for integrating the Thyro-Tool Family into complex systems using the fieldbus. In addition, there are 3 digital electrically isolated inputs on the card. These can be accessed via terminal X21.
