Announces Engagement of The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. as liquidity provider

Germany1 Acquisition Ltd (to be renamed “3W Power” in due course), holding company of AEG Power Solutions today announced that it has engaged The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. (“RBS”) to act as liquidity provider with respect to its ordinary shares listed on Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext (“Euronext”).

Under the engagement and subject to its terms, RBS will provide quotes to maintain a spread of bid and offer prices, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Euronext Rule Books.
