Job Description

• Development of a supply chain strategy for service spare parts
• Management and optimization of all spare parts inventories and forecasts
• Interface management in the supply chain
• Managing the turnover rate
• Negotiation of specific agreements with suppliers, eg on consignment stock for batteries
• Global role: After the introduction in Belecke, the findings should also be applied to the plant in Spain and internal customers in other countries

Develop Skills

• Knowledge of the spare parts supply process in Belecke
• Knowledge of the specific requirements for service parts in general and for specific parts, such as options within part numbers, required wiring, etc.
• Knowledge of the possibilities of our SAP in the logistics processes.
• Knowledge of the SAP InterCompany processes
• Knowledge of the disposition and scheduling process in the supply chain in Belecke for external parts and production parts (mainly printed circuit boards)
• Advanced Excel skill

Requirements

• Preferably a completed apprenticeship in the fields of logistics or supply chain or comparable experience.
• Ideally previous experience from an electronic product manufacturer with at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Independent and strategic work with high self-motivation
• Strong ability to inspire colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to bring together a global business vision and strategic thinking and previous experience in process standardization
• Business fluent German, fluent in spoken and written English
• Mastery of the standard software MS Office; SAP, MS Dynamics desirable
• Willingness to travel (international
