Job Description

• Examination and processing of customer inquiries, preparation of offers with suitable solutions, customer advice and submission of own solutions
• Checking and negotiating orders, forwarding orders, contract negotiations with sub-suppliers, checking deadlines, checking and requesting additional claims
• Planning and coordination of project processes with customers, reaction and initiation of countermeasures in the event of a delay
• Organization and support of customer acceptance (FAT)
• Observation of the market, identification of changed customer needs, recognition of market trends and forwarding them to product management, observation of the competition
• On request – Creation and implementation of specialist lectures, both internally and externally, use in customer acquisition
• Creation of suitable documents and tools to support the account manager and the sales force

Requirements

• Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in the field of electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Extensive knowledge in the field of energy transition desirable
• Relevant work experience desirable
• Knowledge of using a PC and the associated software (Microsoft Office) and SAP
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor and organizational skills
• high level of commitment, customer orientation and a strong team spirit
• Very good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of German desirable 
• Occasional willingness to travel
