Job Description

• Deployment on site at the customer 
• Maintenance and repair of electrotechnical and electronic components, systems and plants such as converter devices including the battery system
• Commissioning of new devices and systems at customers
• Examination of converter devices in companies; Test and trial fields as part of the processing of customer complaints
• Error analysis: finding and implementing solutions to problems
• Forwarding of current product information to the customer
• Documentation of customer contacts
• Carrying out the assembly inspection of the on-site assembly
• Documentation of the activities performed and the condition of the device or system
• Verification of customer devices and system

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering with qualification as a skilled worker, master craftsman, technician or engineer
• Willingness to travel primarily throughout Germany, but also worldwide, is required 
• Experience in the field of assembly, commissioning, maintenance and repair work is an advantage
• Targeted and structured as well as stress resistant; especially when communicating with customers 
• Willingness to work and self-confident demeanor with sufficient problem-solving skills
• Teamwork
• Very good knowledge of German (spoken and written) is required 
• Good knowledge of English is an advantag
