Role responsibilities

  • General Management of the French Service entity. Providing local leadership and timely decision making to improve the Customer Service function and the overall business
  • Implementation of Group strategy and processes at the local level in close cooperation with global functional management
  • Representation of the entity towards customers, auditors, authorities and other third parties
  • Key Account Management & Business Development for AEG Service in France
  • Develop and maintain customer relations in Power Generation and Transportation markets in France
  • Develop new service partners in France and West Africa
  • Execution of Service growth plan in close cooperation with R&D and Product Management

 

Core competencies

  • University degree in electronics or mechanical engineering combined with 5+ years of experience in general management of a customer service organization in a technical solutions business
  • Service or sales experience in power electronics or automation or similar industries
  • Enhanced experience with business plans & marketing instruments
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Experience with project business/ project management
  • Very good English in writing and speaking
  • Ideally existing customer contacts to Power Generation and Transportation customers in France


The position reports into the CEO for the General Management part and the Regional Service Director for the Service part.
