3W Power SA today issued notifications to the Luxembourg regulator (CSSF) and the German regulator (BaFin), to inform them that Dr Horst J. Kayser, executive director and CEO of 3W Power SA and AEG Power Solutions, purchased a total of 100,000 shares of 3W Power SA at an average price of 0.908 EUR on 20 December 2012. On the same day, Dr Kayser sold a total of 100,000 bonds at 93 percent for 93,000 EUR.
