Facing this unprecedented pandemic situation, AEG Power Solutions wants to assure you we are closely monitoring the situation and constantly adapting our work organization and processes to protect health and security of our employees and partners while ensuring business continuity.

 

Protection of people

Our management taskforce is following up WHO guidance and national health regulations:

• We proactively communicate with our employees on necessary precautions
• We have strengthened access controls to our premises to limit contacts
• We have adapted everywhere necessary the working conditions to limit risks of transmission. Whenever possible our employees are working remotely. Working places have been adapted to guarantee the necessary social distance, flexible hours and shift working have been also implemented.

 

Operations continuity

Thanks to our global footprint spanning Europe and Asia, we are adjusting our facilities capacities to maximize the continuity of our production with all available resources so that we are able to respond to our customers’ needs. Engineering teams are working remotely for most of them, and fully operational.

 

Service continuity

You expect continuity of service from us and AEG PS service teams are today fully operational around the globe:

• All our service professionals who have to work at customer premises are strictly following local health and safety rules.
• As precautionary measures were implemented, trainings have also been performed to provide maximum safety for our customers and employees.
• Working on site respecting local regulations and customer policy is proposed in close cooperation with each customer who needs it
• Service hotlines can be contacted as usual.
