Based on our high standards and decades of experience, we are also cost-effective, efficient and rapid when it comes to servicing. Pro-Care Comfort Maintenance service for PROTECT C, 1 and 1.M. Can be ordered as a service package at any time.

For PROTECT C up to 3 kVA:

Complete workshop maintenance of your system with VDE safety check. Loan of a UPS during the maintenance period.
 
The following maintenance services are included:

  • Software update
  • Thorough cleaning
  • Battery test
  • Fan test
  • Comprehensive function check
  • Power failure and simultaneous tests of mains faults
  • Continuous test at part and full-load
  • VDE safety check

Handling of the "Pro-Care Comfort" service package taking the example of the PROTECT C. up to 3 kVA:

  1. Purchase of the package with the UPS is possible at any time via the IT channel. The customer receives a form for confirmation that is sent in with the serial number of the UPS to be checked.
  2. The loan system is sent to the customer.
  3. AEG PS organises collection of the functioning UPS.
  4. The system is serviced by AEG PSS.
  5. The work is performed and the system sent back within a set period from 2 to 4 weeks.
  6. AEG PS organises collection of the loan system and sending back to the logistics centre.
  7. Additional costs for a repair are invoiced separately.

For PROTECT C. 6 & 10 kVA, PROTECT 1. and PROTECT 1.M:

On-site maintenance of your system with functional check and battery check.
 
The following maintenance services are included:

  • Software update
  • Thorough cleaning
  • Battery test
  • Fan test
  • Comprehensive function check
  • Power failure and simultaneous tests of mains faults

 
Handing of the "Pro-Care Comfort" service package taking the example of the PROTECT C. 6 kVA:

  1. Purchase of the service package with the UPS is possible at any time via the IT channel. The customer receives a form for confirmation that is sent in with the serial number of the UPS to be checked.
  2. The customer receives a form for confirmation of the UPS to be checked with the location and contact (telephone, e-mail etc.)
  3. AEG customer service completes the order within 4 weeks. Dates subject to consultation with the customer.
