AEG Power Solutions (AEG PS), announces that it has signed an agreement with ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, to cooperate in integrating its electrolyser technology with AEG PS’ power control electronics. Under the agreement, ITM Power and AEG PS will initially address five live projects, the status of which ranges from imminent deployment to early proposal development.

3W Power Ukraine, subsidiary of AEG Power Solutions, global leading manufacturer of power electronic systems, signed its first contract with the solar division of the Portuguese multinational group Martifer. This deal covers photovoltaic utility scale equipment for two solar farms which will generate 5.25 MW.

3W Power SA today issued notifications to the Luxembourg regulator (CSSF) and the German regulator (BaFin), to inform them that Dr Horst J. Kayser, executive director and CEO of 3W Power SA and AEG Power Solutions, purchased a total of 100,000 shares of 3W Power SA at an average price of 0.79 EUR on 20 and 21 November 2012.
