This annually repeating contract also includes a 24/7 priority hotline and complete reporting. 

Additionally Pro Care Excel includes the management of recommended spare parts for possible corrective maintenance with fans and capacitors replacement included according to the scheduled maintenance plan for each equipment with a long-term contract.

Pro Care Premium will also allow you to benefit from the assistance of a field assistance in less than 24 hours.
