IT Client Support (M/W/D)

Job Description

  • 1st and 2nd level client support in German and English
  • User support both remote and on-site at the user
  • Installations, exchanges and troubleshooting for end devices
  • Support for standard applications such as MS Office and current Windows operating systems
  • Ticket capture and processing
  • Maintenance of the Active Directory and the asset database
  • Creation and updating of installation and user instructions to support employees
  • Implementation of IT security measures and mechanisms



  • Completed vocational training in an IT profession or comparable qualification
  • Basic knowledge of IT security
  • Experience in IT support and use of helpdesk tools would be an advantage
  • Independent, responsible way of working and quick learner
  • Confident and friendly demeanor, resilient and a team player
  • High customer orientation
  • Confident German and English skills, both written and spoken
