Wind Turbine

Our UPS solutions facilitate the safe operation of wind turbines in all conditions. We achieve this by maintaining a reliable power supply to the electrical drives that are responsible for adjusting the pitch of the blades and the direction of the nacelle. The OEM AC/DC Rectifier is fixed to the rotating part of the slip ring, where it supplies the pitch drive. It’s also designed to resist shocks, vibrations, moisture and dust, and operates in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 70°C.
Offshore Substations

Our critical power solutions enable offshore substations to operate safely and efficiently in the harshest of locations. A dependable backup power supply is extremely important when people and equipment are working miles out to sea. The Protect RCS mSPRe system has been developed and designed to provide high reliability power supply and battery charging capability. The Protect RCS mSPRe system is a single-phase thyristor-controlled rectifier suitable as a direct DC power supply.

The Protect RCS MIP rectifier system is based on switch mode technology rectifier modules, suitable for industrial applications. It is designed to be scalable, simple to use and easy to maintain with hot swappable rectifier modules. It allows you to benefit from low electromagnetic pollution and high efficiency, resulting in a cost effective system with reduced operating costs, short delivery time and prepared for possible future power expansion.
Protect RCS TPRE TD
  • 20A to 150A output current

The Protect RCS TPRe TD battery charger system has been developed and designed to provide high reliability power supply and battery charging capability. The system is optimized to secure power for the applications linked to transmission and distribution of electricity. The Protect RCS TPRe TD system is a thyristor-controlled rectifier suitable for charging nickel-cadmium or lead-acid batteries while supplying DC loads.

  • 1E Class

The Profitec S N1 is a 100% analog rectifier. All regulation and monitoring PCBs (built up in SMD method) contain no software and no programmable components or devices. The invention of a 100% software-free rectifier is due to the DC power supply security and new requirements for safety and qualification processes.
