AEG Power Solutions' Management Team

Franck Audrain was appointed CEO of AEG Power Solutions on 4 March 2019. Franck is an experienced leader in the field of industrial power systems. He has more than eight years’ experience in the uninterruptible power supply (“UPS”) industry with Chloride/Emerson and a track record of driving growth and executing business acquisitions in the UK, France and the USA . His previous experience includes senior roles at LVMH, McKinsey and Schlumberger.

Marco Krommendijk joined AEG Power Solutions in January 2019, as Group Controller. He was appointed CFO  in  April 2020. Marco has 20 years of financial and managerial experience in various senior finance roles in Australia, Switzerland and the Netherlands, including his last role abroad as Finance Manager with Nyrstar in Australia. Marco started his career at Ernst & Young audit and holds a Master in Economics from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.

Frédéric Salon joined AEG Power Solutions in June 2019, bringing in a strong expertise in the power electronics industry. He worked previously for GE Grid Solutions as Global Executive Leader of the HVDC business, after having held the role of Regional VP East Asia Pacific for over 7 years. Prior to that, Frédéric successfully completed several career steps in project sales and business development within Alstom T&D.

Jörg Liedloff was appointed VP Business Development and New Markets of AEG Power Solutions in July 2018. Jörg had several senior management roles including Chief Technology Officer, VP Product Management and Head of Sales Germany. Jörg is an accomplished manager in the electrical engineering industry with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record in Sales and Business Development.

Dr. Peter Wallmeier joined AEG Power Solutions as Chief Technology Officer in November 2022 where he had the same position between 2008 and 2014. Peter accumulates more than 25 years of Power Electronics Technology, R&D management and advanced technology development leadership experience in the industry working for Infineon, Delta and AEGPS. He was conferred the doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering by the University of Paderborn.

Yunus Seedat joined AEG Power Solutions in January 2025, bringing with him extensive expertise in the energy sector.

 He has held senior global leadership positions at Gutor Electronics, Schneider Electric, and ABB. A dedicated leader with strong passion & belief in Services, Yunus is deeply committed to service excellence through digitization and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

With over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, he has consistently achieved success in building and managing global, multicultural service teams. His work emphasizes proactive lifecycle management for installed assets, ensuring long-term value and reliability.

Pierre Bétoliere joined AEG Power Solutions in November 2022 as VP APAC & China based in Singapore. He graduated from Engineering School (INSA) and has over 15 years of experience within the electrical & electronic industry. Before joining AEG Power Solutions he was Service VP at Schneider Electric and held various positions in the industry like Project Director in China and Plant Director in France.

Tiberiu (“Tibi”) Grigorescu as VP IS/IT, based in Bucharest, Romania joined in October 2023.

Tibi holds a Law degree from Bioterra University and an MBA from the Business Academy in Bucharest. With over 15 years of international IT experience, he leads digital transformations, improves business processes, and develops IT strategies with a strong customer focus. Previously, Tibi was the IT Director/Head of Data & Analytics for Unilever in East and South-Central Europe. He has also held key roles at Enel Romania, WNS Global Services, and the Ministry of Interior.

Javier Gómez was appointed Managing Director of AEG Power Solutions Iberica in February 2016.

He brings over 20 years of international experience as Managing Director in companies like Velatia, Ormazabal and Ezentis, where he was always devoted to provide core technologies in Energy and Telecom network infrastructures. Javier holds M. Sc. Engineering and MBA degrees, and has a proven track record in managing high-performance teams with outstanding results.

As MD of the Spanish Entity, Javier is focused in developing the business in Iberia and America, delivering the business targets of the Spanish plant and growing the leadership skills of AEG Power Solutions’ team in this territory.
