Job Description

• Compilation of simple and more complex sales offers (technical and commercial) including technical drawings in consultation with the sales manager
• Sales support in the development of solutions for the preparation of offers
• Dealing with customer inquiries, questions and updates related to the Offerings
• Offer tracking and deadline monitoring
• Review of the final order and purchase agreement details and, if necessary, clarification/solution of deviations
• Arranging the creation of technical documents (descriptions, drawings, etc.) for transfer to project management and production
• Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with customers, sales and account managers, project managers, systems engineering, service, product managers, purchasing, production, etc.
• Creation of an efficient and reliable offer management

Requirements

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in a relevant industry, preferably with commercial experience
• Knowledge of the products/applications/solutions for industrial energy systems
• Basic knowledge of contract law is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio and SAP
• Confident language skills in German and English
• Knowledge of Spanish or French would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
